Your ad will be featured on www.jobboxja.com our website and our Facebook and Instagram pages and other selective media we use from time to time.

Is there a limit to how many candidates I can receive?

We’ll send you up to 4 matched resumes from our database. If no match is acquired from that set then we will continue matching until the position if filled

How soon will I start receiving resumes?

You’ll receive up to 20 matches within minutes of your job being uploaded. Your job ad will be live within an hour, and we will receive resumes from applicants and start screening them before sending them to you.

How long will it take to post my job?

Our simple job posting form should only take a few minutes to complete. You’ll need to include your job’s title, location, description and the email address where you want to have applications sent, we will review the post and then send them over.

I am not sure what to put in my job posting. Can you help?

Absolutely! Fill in all you can and we will complete the posting for you.

Is there a cost to get applicants for my job post?

There is a cover fee that will be required on the day that we have set interview for. We will contact you with the information.

I don’t have time to respond to applicants right away. Is there an option to set up an auto response so they know that I received it?

Yep. We know you’re busy, so our auto-response tool lets you send a quick note to applicants.
